Pattern Block Business
Today, the kids are feeling a little sick. They still want to play, to keep them busy, we're building with pattern blocks! Melissa and Doug make these, you can also get them at Amazon or at teacher stores We're using free printable templates from Raebear.net/goodies/patternblocks/.

Celebrate, It's Date Night!
Celebrate Valentine's day with your love! We're hosting Date Night, Saturday, February 13, from 6-11pm for kids 1-12 years old. Date night is $30 and includes pizza, popcorn and juice. We'll have games and activities for the kids. Your kids can come even if they don't attend here full time, but they'll still need to to register (per state law.) Our Reading Tree

Grapealicious Kool Aid Playdough
Yesterday, we made playdough using grape Kool Aid. It was vibrant purple, and smelled so juicy! We used the recipe from the Kraft website. It turned out soft and pliable, it has already stayed moist after a couple hours of play!
